Word For Floral Tributes Left At Roadside

I saw a fabulous 'made up' word to describe the cellophane wrapped flowers that are tied to lamposts near fatal accidents but can't remember what it was.

I'm almost sure it was a combination of 'tribute' and 'cellophane'. Can anyone help?

can't think of anything specific, but i have seen any number of ghost bicycles, those painted white, left tied to a lamp post, signifying that a cyclist was killed nearby

oh is that what they are for? there were some round here in the forest, I thought they were an art installation. They were removed quite quickly.
