Slouching A Lot

Any ideas to avoid the above - find am doing this a lot - then I straighten up when I remember. I think the above also adds to tension and achiness. Thanks for any ideas.

Is it partly to do with the way you sit when you're at the computer? It's very easy to be hunched over the keyboard. You ought to sit at the computer like this http://www.learninglink.ac.uk/keepfit/

no, slouch at the computer but also when walking - it is probably age related - god I hate getting old
You are in your early sixties,that is not old!!!

Find yourself a tai-chi, Pilates or yoga class.
My physio told me to pretend that I had a piece of string on the top of my head pulling me up.

Ballet is very good for your posture. Any adult ballet classes around your way?

Tilly I can hardly walk with all my ailments never mind ballet.

However, a cuppla weeks ago had music on the radio and impulsively started to dance (was good at it years ago - great the robot dancing) anyway was out of puff at the end of the song. Will try and do a little daily. Thanks all for your suggestions. Conne
o god I thought you were referring to that space probe - sleepy one - or whatever that theuy have been waking up and likening to an unwilling teenager
