Help Re Making On Online Claim
I know there is a process for making a claim online, but not sure whether this would be relevant in my case. I bought a dog from a breeder on 'breeding terms' and signed a contract to say that I paid a lower amount than the going rate for her and would give the breeder a puppy from her when she was bred from. The breeder is now refusing to sign the paperwork to allow me to register a litter from this bitch, which effectively means I will not be able to breed from her and register any puppies with the Kennel Club. Whilst I am not wanting to breed from her for financial gain, as she has passed all her health tests and been successful in the show ring I want a puppy from her for myself to continue her line but any puppies over the one I would keep and the one to be returned to them would be sold to cover stud fee, rearing costs, registration, advertising etc. Could I claim for the loss of this income from the bitch? Also for any future litters I might have wanted? If this is a valid claim what would be the best way of going about it?

Sposing a pup worth is £400 = value of stud fee + extra for current champions. If the litter is 5 x £400ea = £2k (without pedigree = less value) Your loss is you wouldnt be able to use any of the litter to continue the line; that means a further litter with suitable stud.
Hope that starts you off drawing up a bill.
What breed are you using ?

My breed is a very small vulnerable native breed that only has about 100 puppies registered per year. My bitch is a top winner and has had all the relevant health tests. I don't want any financial compensation from them, I want them to allow me to register any puppies from her IF I decide to breed and as the contract stated they would get a puppy back from her they are in effect cutting off their noses to spite their faces. Going to look at the small claims court process on the breach of contract route.
