I have just downloaded Napster and a notice came up on my computer saying that before I put songs from Napster onto my MP3 player I need to download some firmware. When I tried doing this it warned me to back up all my audio files on my zen micro before installing or they would all be lost. Anyone know how I do this?
Thanks in advance!

You can transfer all your files between the player and creative media source - either by synching or importing.
I think media player has a sync function.
This should put your music on to your PC then if something goes wrong you can transfer them back.
(I haven't downloaded anything all my music is from stuff I own so I don't know if there are any restrictions built into downloaded music!)
