Global Visas / Ixp Visas, Any Good?
9 Answers
I am having 'issues' with IXP Visas, previously known as Global Visas (company name change is often a bad sign)
They have done very little for the amount they charge and I wondered if anyone else has been 'sold' to by these people.

We have signed up to, and paid the genuine IXP Visas company Methyl but they so far have been totally hopeless. I have researched on the internet and have found several stories that match our own - Promises made by sales but not kept, IXP 'contact' keeps changing, IXP asked for a progress report and being fobbed off with excuses. Does appear to be a scam.
Visa companies, even if they're genuine, charge a massive amount of money for something you can do yourself and mostly for free. The Canadian government have issued many warnings about the false claims being made by these companies. If you don't qualify under Canadian immigration law, then you're wasting your time and money. You should only deal the official government departments.
Hi,
The amount that we charge per case is dependent on both the amount the government charge for processing fees as well as our time and expertise. Because we help process thousands of claims each month, we know how to give our clients the very best chance of success- currently we achieve a 98% success rate.
We understand that our clients are sometimes concerned that they pay for our services but don't get to 'see' what it is we're doing behind the scenes. This is because visas take weeks, months or even years to process- the length of such processing is also determined by the target country's government.
We are fully accredited by governments around the world who ensure that we have only the very best working practices, so you have no need to worry. If you would like to talk to us further, please speak with your Case Manager who will be glad to help you.
Thanks for reading and good luck with your case!

Wow, I've done some extensive research on line about Global/IPX and it's not good. At all
Owner Liam Clifford was barred from Directorship in 2008, this ban expired last year, about the same time as Global became IPX, with Liam at the helm.
I too have requested a full breakdown of all activity since I joined and nothing has been forthcoming.
I don't recall having signed anything for this 'contract' so I wonder if it is a void contract, and refundable.
