Who sings Fifi and the flower tots?

Hi Does anyone know who sings the Fifi and the Flower tots theme?
We think it sounds a lot like Mel C ,but it doesnt show on the titles.

I thought it was mel c to because of the distinctive voice but I have reserched this and apparently it is sung by a women by the name of kim goody but for some reason I dont beleive this

It is sung by Kim Goody, her and Alan Coates of Soho Square Studios wrote it. Not sure why you wouldn't believe it?
