Obscure 70s kids' ghost film - NAME??

Does anyone know the name of an english kids' film, probably 70s/80s, in which a family moves to the countryside and the kids (three boys i think) find ghosts??? It's not a goofy film - i seem to remember it being quite dark. there's one classic line i remember: one little boy gets deja vu and asks his mum about it, and she says it's because sometimes "your eyes sees something before your brain does"! that explains it...
