What A Lovely Smell

I bought a large leg of pork which had been reduced in the co-op intending to put it in the freezer. Then I thought Oh s@d it I'm going to have a roast dinner tonight. So its in the oven and it smells lovely. Trouble is I'll be eating pork for the rest of the week.

I went with Roast and full trimmings today Ummm (and theres still some for tomorrow)
