The Great Interior Design Challenge ..

On beeb2, is anyone watching it?
Some fabulous Regency properties are being totally ravaged by some 'interior designers'
Don't know what the owner were thinking, to let this happen.
Wonder what they will say at the reveal?

Hit sub,it before I meant to.
One woman is spreading grey paint/wax over everything, another wants to do potato printing. One chap ordered the carper half a metre short.
I would not let them decorate my utility room!

I'm really enjoying the show though don't always agree with the winner and think some of the 'designers' miss the blindingly obvious. And why would you place a TV in one corner of a long room and the sofa at the other end ? I find each episode rather too long by about 20 minutes as well. But I do like it.

Well...they *are* amateurs, and this is the first time they are designing for someone other than themselves. I liked two of tonights...the kitchen redo,and the regency 'bling' with the mural.

I couldn't believe that one bloke won even though he spent most of the time outside smoking and didn't finish the room properly.

All he did was make the room smaller by jutting shelves out into the room devider!!!

I agree cassa - he shouldn't have won. Having said that I am enjoying the series very much - even got a few ideas from it!
