New Drawing For You

Thought that I would share it as not all of you are on my e-mail.

A present for my goddaughter's bro who is marrying a delightful Norfolk gal....they have made me MC for the event. So this plus the invitations is my pressie. First time that I have worked from photos, having gone up there 3 weeks ago to capture the basics. The door will be used as an icon on the race card (order of service) and then the t-you cards will have a b&w photo of them coming down the nave and a miniature of the drawing on the back.

The photo is slightly distorted - blame my photography skills, but the lower aisle's roof does fall away.....after 800 years, things do subside and distort perspective! That's part of the beauty of drawing such old buildings.

Oh DT, I'm hopeless when it comes to churches I can never place them.

In fact i'm a stones throw from it and I'll make a point of stopping on my way to work this morning to have a look at it. Beautiful drawing.
