We have been lucky Ecclescake, we're away from the areas that flood, but the fields along the Axe are very wet. I feel so sorry when I see the sheep standing in the water,their poor little feet must be freezing.

That's sheep for you, too bloody stupid to find higher ground......assuming there is any!

When I lived down your way I didn't take a lot for the flood plain to flood, can't imagine what it is like at the moment.

Sun disappeared so it's back to black!

A few clouds starting to appear but still pleasant in the conservatory......apart from the many trees surrounding my house being beaten up in the wind :-(

I might head indoors to the reassuring comfort of bricks and mortar!

Lashing with rain here now and the snow has gone, I'v just come back in from chopping logs for the fire, I may even have a little lie down before bringing the little horses in, mind you they appear to love this weather for some reason, they are happy to stay out.
