Apparently Raphael Sollecito has been stopped near the border with Slovenia, just heard on the news. Meredith's brother and sister have given a press conference, very dignified, I would be so proud of them if they were my children given the circumstances.

While I agree with your sentiments regarding the Daily Mail's choice of words, I noticed that you decided to get in a dig at the Daily Mail, rather than some comments that have been entered on here, such as the one below.

I only hope that the person who put this isn't ever instructed to attend jury duty in this country.

I did not 'get a dig at the Daily Mail ...' at the expense of commenting on other posts - I agree that some of the posts on here regarding Ms Knox as guilty simply on the basis of her percieved manner through media coverage are far from ideal, but everyone is entitlted to their viewpoint.

The views of one individual expressed on one website is a far cry from a national newespaper writing its headlines and using a facile nickname in such a serious piece of news - and that is my point.

It is not a 'dig' at the Daily Mail, it is an observation that in my opinion, their willingness to take a serious news item as seriously as it deserves is not apparent, and in my view, that stance is inappropriate.

The US authorities know nothing about justice. What about the hundreds held without trial in Guantanamo? Most of our justice systems is taken down from the Romans and Greeks and the Italian system is probably the best in the world. If the Italian court find Knox guilty then she is guilty.

I agree. I'm sure they'd like to think they're a step up from the Sun or the Daily Sport. If so they need to work a bit harder at convincing us they are.

i think i must have said she won't be extradited at least 4 times, probably more, boring i know, so not sure why i was asked if she would be.
