any racing system will benefit your scooter, but the leo vinces do tend to make the scooter rev too high (10k-12k) and this can make them unreliable.
I would recommend a a PM system, which you can get from Adrenalin parts through ebay, and this costs in the region of �117. Alternatively, if money is limited, a Kundo exhaust is a good buy (my brother's 60mph Suzuki Katana is fitted with one) from www.beedspeed.com, and these come in at around �85
Yeah, you are right as far as the weights are concerned, ie the lighter the roller, the faster it can move and hence the acceleration is faster. If you already have a top speed of 55mph, to be honest, without upgrading to a 70 or 80cc kit, that isn't going to improve much beyond 65mph. So i would go for medium rollers, and an exhaust of your choice. This gives you the best of both worlds, acceleration that will match or beat most cars, and a decent top speed. By the way, whilst the rollers are off and being replaced, I would fit a Kevlar/carbon drive belt (from �15) to cope with the new power. try www.sip-scootershop.com these are in Germany, but only charge about �12 postage to the UK, there are some good offers on here, but the prices don't include VAT, so beware! Your Nrg will be under scooter 50-90ccm.

well, PM one's are good for power, but are made of steel, whereas the malossi ones are made of stainless steel, hence the malossi ones will go longer without rusting. It's down to personal preferance at the end of the day, 'cause it'll only make a minor difference.
One thing to bear in mind, is that the exhaust you buy does not have 'not for road use', or 'for competition use only' stamped on it. These will fail an MOT, or, should you get pulled by the police, this will get you a vehicle fault rectification notice. So it's best to stay with an exhaust that gives good power, but isn't obviously illegal. And, should you get pulled, claim ignorance, and say it was like that when you bought it!

Yeah sure thing. When you've had the scooters that I've had,(1982 vespa PX, 1986 vespa PK, Derbi Senda aka money pit!) you have to learn to fix stuff - or walk!!
I mainly deal with geared scoots, Vespa's, Lambretta's etc, and my brother does Auto's.

Yeah my Katana is real quick n is the fastest ped in now, before a friend had a dna that did 70! with still a 50 kit, that was running a leo vince ZX handmake pipe with sip/scorpion end can, im sure his cdi was changed aswell! which u will need to do if u want any more than 60ish out of a ped.. this changes the spark rate makin a bigger spark more frequently without any restriction on spark rate!
