Wondered if any one was familiar with al,a de Cuba in Liverpool ..... As I am not :-) and my husband and I parked in a parking bay at around 7pm on a sat night for 4 hours (looks like a totally legit parking bay as there were a line of cars behind us) but we got a ticket for parking in a taxi rank ..... I honestly can't say I it is a taxi rank or it was signposted as such and when I go onto google maps I can clearly see these parking pays along the side of the building --- I just wondered if anyone was familiar to the area To confirm if I did park in a parking bay or actually indeed a taxi space - as I don't know whether to contest the ticket or not .... (Never contested one before so don't know if it's really worth the hassle)

Like I said of you look up this building on google maps you can see the parking bays on the left of the building and we were in the end bay ... As it was so dark when we got back and liverpool was very busy we didn't take a photo of the location :-(

Would appreciate anyone's help

Thank you

Familiar with Seel St but not with Alma De Cuba.
It may have been a Parking Meter area and if you did not have a ticket then you will get booked
The pay and display parking bays operate from 8am to 6pm. They become taxi ranks from 6pm to 8am
