People will look back at our attempts at cosmetic surgery in years to come and be astonished that we went through with it. Just watching Goldie Hawn and Kylie on Jonathan Ross last night made me so sad for the way things have become. I know they are a film star and pop star and have to look like those things, but really?! They looked like they'd been in a fire and stretched back to 'normal'. Both women incredibly beautiful with absolutely no need for surgery. Goldie is not going to get roles of a 30 or even 40 year old any more. So why not just age gracefully and do older roles? Kylie will always be Kylie and will always have a massive fan base, who love her as she is. If more pop star aged gracefully then we would be the first generation to create pop stars who look old and normal. Mick Jagger? Neil Young? Aretha? It's okay to age! It's normal! We all just need to accept that people- including ourselves- are beautiful regardless of age.
