That is heartbreaking for England, they didn't deserve that in all honesty. The debutants were fantastic, tough luck on them but they'll be better for it as their careers blossom.

Great second half, harsh to lose right at the end but it was a great finish by France after a sluggish first half for England.

I'm a Wales fan so am very pleased with a first win.

It's a Friday nighter too MB. Have to say I'm rather fond of the evening games, they rarely disappoint. A good game of rugby and a few (several!) beers to set the weekend off, what more could you want?
Got to get over the Irish hurdle first though!

Despite being kept busy by the Orthopaedic registrar I managed to catch most of the game!
That scoreline never looked likely at half time and Ireland looked a little out of sorts (not dissimilar to Wales yesterday) yet always in control.
They missed the presence of POC without a doubt.
Whilst I wish him a speedy recovery I won't be too disappointed if he doesn't quite manage to make the squad next weekend.
P.S. I thought in all honesty the final pass to Trimble for the first half try was forward, but it wasn't queried by anyone.
