Ebay Link Not Working

I have Ebay link saved to my desktop for years and have had no problem accessing it until today. I keep getting a page up from Talktalk my internet provider saying "Sorry we are unable to find rover.ebay.co uk Do you mean www.ebay.co. uk?
When I click on their link www.ebay.co.uk it keeps coming up with the same error message from TT.

I have done a deep scan of Advanced SystemCare and corrected all the errors they found but it's still the same. The only way I can get into Ebay is to google it from scratch ............ any advice please?

Could you Google eBay and replace your desktop shortcut ? Or am I over simplifying your problem ?
