Hi abers, this is a plea/sos for a selection of word games for foreign students wanting to improve/maintain their level of English. I ´ve tried the internet but it hasn´t been much help. The games have to be entertaining, not too complicated, and not boring. I know its a tall order, but i´d be very grateful for your help.

One I used to use was to put paper signs along one wall of the room - labelled 'rarely', often, occasionally, never'etc. then read out tasks like 'homework, house chores, washing up, meeting friends etc, and the had to stand in front of the appropriate sign. Students loved it!

Another was to print off pictures and devise questions about it.
Try sticky ball, or the esl site. I googled esol word games for adults/children and a few sites came up.
