Mozarella and roasted veg, especially red and yellow peppers.

I run a sandwich deli bar and we also sell paninis and was just looking for some ideas. hehe..

One of my personal favourites is mozzarella, tomato, onion, and fresh basil..Mmm..lovely!

Is 'panini' the name of the bread or the sandwich? Can I buy them in Tesco to fill myself? (Does that make sense?)

You can buy them in Tesco in the usual bread aisle....usually close to the ciabatta rolls and that sort of thing. They will have Panini written on the packaging so they're pretty easy to find. In Italy a single one is called a Panino and Panini is actually the plural.....a common mistake in sandwich bars over here is to have them advertised as Paninis. im sure no-one cares but there ya go thats just a snippet of info for you!
