I've got thick ice at the back of my fridge and keep having to to turn it off every other week to get rid of it. Ive been told it could be something to do with the door seal. Could this be correct or could it something else?
I rather thought the discussion on a failed automatic defrost system was to the point. A door seal malfunction will cause frost, but my experience is for the frost to build at the area immediately adjacent to where the seal is leaking. I've replaced a number of auto defrost lamps...
