Just seen this mentioned in another post.
I make soup 3/4 times a week, what are the advantages of using a 'soup maker' over making it in a saucepan please?
One would hope the dedicated maker could be left to do most of it itself, whilst the saucepan probably needs you fussing over it. Not that I've got around to getting one yet.
Saucepan camp .
Can't see the point of a gadget to make something as easy as soup.
People have been making soup for donkeys without the need for a gadget .
It's another marketing ploy to make you part with your hard earned .
Just looked at them on you-tube, and I have to say I will be sticking with my saucepan. One immediate disadvantage I can see is the volume (or rather lack of it).
