Can they be arranged so if somebody cheats on their partner they get a percentage of money or whatever? Kind of a detererant?

You can arrange anything if your partner agrees to sign it, but I'm inclined to think that if you are building 'cheating' clauses into a legal agreement before you marry someone, then maybe you shouldn't be marrying them at all.
