So what's on the menu then?

I'm at parents' house (completely spur of the moment decision) and we have lamb leg steaks and belly pork with a vast array of veggies, etc.

What's cooking at yours?

For lunch had a salad of Italian ham, cheese, marinated artichokes, homemade Mayo on a bed of rocket. Dinner is spicey marinated salmon fillet, grilled peppers, and creamed spinach. I'd happily eat salmon every day.
We all went to my mum's for a late lunch (i worked 7:30-1:30). Roast chicken, yorkshires (essential with ANY roast), veg and roast potatoes. Then banana custard. Lol. Had to do a teacall after. I can still barely move!
