I ordered a TV from them in November they have taken my money and i havent got the TV or heard from them since. Just wanted to warn people not to use them. Also wondered if anyone had any contact details for them other than what is on the site? Thanks

Yeah they havent been able to do anything because the company hasnt responded. Ive got to take them to the small claims court but just wanted to have one more go at trying to find them

Oh, that's a shame Ali - it can make you feel wary of purchasing goods on the internet in the future.

Having said that, I can highly recommend play.co.uk - we've bought many items from them & the service is excellent.

Well their website gives very full contact info including their company number so at the very least you should be able to get some more info from Companies House. How did you pay for the TV, if by credit card then you should contact the card issuer and put the payment into dispute. What do they say when you phone them about the status of your order?

yeah, play.com are fantastic, better than Amazon i think. I definately vouch for them

I agree space - we bought no end of Christmas presents from them & everything was delivered promptly - so no disappointments!

When i call the phone number on the website it leaves me on hold for 3 mins and then cuts me off, i have tried writing them a letter and have used recorded delivery. I even tried faxing them pretending to want to buy a tv to ask them to get in touch with me. I have had no luck. They dont answer emails, letters, phones or faxes. The trading standards cannot get in touch with them so my only option is the courts. And i paid by debit card so cant go down that route.

Unless i visit them with a baseball bat which i have considered!!

Morning Ali - I've perused Companies House (which I used to do at work) & found several MP3 Companies - this being one of them. I wonder if this is the one you've been dealing with?

Sorry to hear about your problem.

Did you know..............if you paid for the TV on a debit or credit card then the bank issuing the card may be able to get you a refund.

AliFlump, if you don't already know it would appear that they have gone out of business, only info I could find here . I hope you have some luck in getting your money back :-(

My son had same problem, ordered & paid for TV in Jan. Not received, promised refund but he did not receive it. I note that althought web site states they are going into liquidation, this was not the case with Companies House when I last checked. Tried trading standards but no real help, have you managed to get money back?

this company have owed me �800 since janaury and despite repeated chasing i've never received it back. i've now found out they've gone into liquidation and there is a creditors meeting next Tuesday, 14th March. see details at www.gazette-online.co.uk and search for Vionic.I also stupidly paid by debit card so in the same boat as bank refuse to help me

HI x500 no i havent the trading standards tried but if the companies dont reply they cant do anything else and their aint much point in goin to small claims court cos i'd only have to pay for it and if they have gone into liquidation they wont have money to pay it back

Sorry to hear bout your son but we've just tried to forget about it theres nothing we can do
