Caspar Has Not Eaten Yet

He's been home 24 hours, and has shown no real interest in food. Other than that he seems OK in himself. He is precariously balanced on my knee at the moment...as I type with one hand and use the other hand to stop his big bum sliding onto the floor.
I am just worried as I need to get his meds in him,and I know if I go the 'wrap cat in towel' route,I'll never be able to catch him again.:-(

Seriously - I wouldn't worry, he's probably still suffering a bit from the anaesthetic, and it won't hurt him not to eat. I give No. 1 Son his daily Metacam through one of those blunty syringes straight into his mouth, I had to do the same for Black Spot when he had a tooth out last month. Don't overtry to feed him or he'll pick up on your anxiety about it - he'll eat when he's ready, just make sure he's drinking and weeing...
