There are loads of cases where girls do not realise they are pregnant as they have periods all through their pregnancy. Has she done a test? If she may be pregnant I take it no precausions were used? I don't mean to be glum but she may have an STI I think she should go to the doctors for a once over it wouldn't do any harm, good luck x x
Totally agree, I was 6 1/2 weeks gone when I found out, and even though I had been feeling sick about a week before I found out, the thought never even crossed my mind, I just thought it was a stomach bug which happened to be going around at the time.
Do a test rule it out and then if it's negative she really needs to see a doctor.
Good Luck

Don't mean to scare here as it's just something to think about....
I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2001 and I had my normal monthly "period" bang on time. The pregnancy test showed up negative too. It was only when I ignored severe stomach pains and more bleeding that I ended up in hospital being operated on. Like I said, I really don't want to be freaking people out here, it's just from my experience, periods don't mean no pregnancy.
