Font Strange-ness!

I've just down loaded two fonts from the internet as zip files, and I've extracted the .ttf file to my C:\Windows\Fonts folder. The files are there, and when you double click them the window pops-up to show you what they look like. However, neither Photoshop, Publisher or my font viewing program list them in their font lists.

Anyone got any ideas why this might be? I'm running WinME and have 341 fonts in total. Thanks
