It is sad that the drug rooms are needed at all.

But you can't stop it, so you have to address it realistically.

And you can't always measure or judges town by the values of other towns. A lot of people come down here for drink, drugs, sex and gay clubs. They wouldn't tolerate it in Eastbourne or Sunningdale. But it's what we are, so let's find a way to make it work.
