The one with the lesser sentence will be deported as soon as he gets out of jail.

They all appear to be charged with slightly different offences ymb, so it would seem that different sentences were to be expected. We were not in court, so its difficult for us to judge if justice was done, although I will agree that 5 years doesn't seem very much, especially as these children were so young.
