Wine Into Champagne.

The ER was an article in this mornings paper about putting a bottle of wine into a soda stream to give it bubbles. It tried about a dozen different wines, some had excellent results, some dire. The one that came out best with 10/10 was an Aldi Rose wine called Toro Loco. It just so happens I am drinking that one at the moment. I no longer have a soda stream so I can't have a go. Would you try it with your white or rose wine?

I have a soda stream, and yes I will try it... hardly champagne though, just fizzy wine!

No. I don't like fizzy wine or champagne, but i suppose there's no reason you can't add your own bubbles.
