Left Over Wine

i know i know, sacrilege but i have about a third of a bottle of cab sauv left over from last night.
I'm not planning on making anything that needs wine so what can i do with it, pouring it away seems wrong on so many levels....

Blow into the bottle then place the cork back in fast. The carbon dioxide that you breath in the bottle will help the wine to last.
