i have
switched batteries
tried different chargers, genuine and non gen
re-started phone

and i've run out of ideas now, virgin have said i need to send it away to be repaired but i don;t want to do this when i only have one week and i can get the bloody thing replaced, have anyone got any other things for me to try (swearing doesn't work)
