What's The Best Buggy/pushchair For 1+?

Looking for a new pushchair for my tall little boy.. A very good quality one and also very comfortable. Can't be done with the cheap £50 a time ones.. Also with a rain cover with plenty of slack too.

has it got to fold down small? what price range? big shopping basket? footmuff?

Fold down yes.. Not too fussed about how small it's the one for walking around town centre which I live right next to.. Footmuff desirable yes :)
