Losing Webmail..
3 Answers
I'm fuming I have a webmail account with o2 who are moving to Sky soon. Ive tried to access my emails this evening and a message reads that only customers who have broadband are able to use it now. This is my main e-mail account. An o2 guru gave me a webmail address to access my emails for now, but I've either copied it out wrong or it doesn't work. Thing is I have no idea how to transfer all my contacts and accounts when I get to access them. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm unsure about transferring accounts. Surely the major thing is to inform all your contacts about your new e-mail address.
Existing e-mails ought to be downloadable to whatever you use to connect now. Your mobile presumably ?
Perhaps easier might be to simply forward each e-mail to your new account.
As for moving your address book, well hopefully you have kept a copy somewhere just in case. I think you can only look at the menu options at the existing account to see if you can export them to a file.
Sorry if this is less help than you need but I'm making reasonable guesses here.

Thanks Old Geezer, it's been a long tedious evening I've sent a block e-mail to several people to tell them my new e-mail address and sent emails for my online bills. Not sure how to import my contact addresses to BT but I'll sort that tomorrow. I had o2 broadband for years and lately moved to BT, I thought we should have had some sort of warning about this or waited until it moved to Sky. My husband still has o2 mobile by direct debit so I should be able to access that to see his monthly bill, that way I can probably get to see my e-mails for a while.
