Who does the voice overs for you do the maths etc, it sounds like an actor who was the auctioneer in Phantom of the Opera, and was in Blott on the Landscape and Love on a Branch Line, hes only got one eye but I cant remember his name

Yes, Paul Brooke was my first thought.

I briefly considered the bloke from 'It Aint Half Hot Mum' - Donald Hewlett (but he's too old).

But it could be Tony Slattery (voice wrecked by drink and drugs).
