I've had this problem in the past - I've usually rung up the tech department and always found them really helpful.

they are blaming the bad weather i was on the phone about half an hour to talk talk tech
trying to get my email prog working
they failed to do that
they are blaming bad weather a lot of tele phone lines are down
im thinking its a pack of lies
