What is better for toning arms - working with weights or swimming?
Any thoughts?

Swimming is working with weights. Your own.
It depends which stroke you use. I tend to do breast stroke and the muscles on the upper outside of my arms are slightly pronounced but there is no difference to the biceps or the underside of the arms. I would say that using weights would be a better all round tone up.
