I've bought a new SIM card for an old phone I have, a Pay-As-You-Go from Tesco, as it gives you an extra £20 if you put on £10 credit, but my old phone hasn't been used for ages, and is asking for a Subsidy password. My usual mobile is with T-mobile - who should I contact for this password?

If something like Nokia 3310, easy to do. You can get the unlock code and procedure free on the web.
Some others much more complicated, or impossible.

It's an elderly Motorola - V635, thanks Albags
I think you can unlock that yourself on the web, if you check around.
If I can find the site, I'll post it for you.

I've just tried one which I found on the web, and now I have the message "Contact Service Provider" so I guess that I'll have to get in touch with Tesco. Thanks Albags
