Food Poisioning

Hey all :)

We went out to eat last night (OH's birthday) and he's just spent the last half an hour on the toilet.
Really, really sorry to be disgusting, but he was on the loo (going to the toilet) and being sick at the same time (in the bloody bathroom bin!!!)

Feels fine now.

Food poisoning?

Stomach pain as well ?? Or did I miss that ?

I'd still go for food poisoning, but a different sort....something he ate was very off and his system has reacted very quickly and just as well, would have been worse if delayed

either food poisoning or norovirus, if you get ill 24 hours after him its the norovirus! if not its probably food poisoning.

I had something similar last year and my mum parents both had it at the same time as well. Mine lasted a whole day, V&D all night and into the morning, then headache and nausea for the rest of the day. Spent the whole day in bed. We hadn't eaten out so put it down to norovirus.

Put sick into plastic bag (with kak ?) & take to eaterie for dissection. If unhappy with result drop contents, accidentally ;)

Yeah food poisoning is the result of eating food contaminated with bacteria or other toxins. Symptoms include diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps, and generally start 4 - 36 hours after eating contaminated food.

It would be sensible to report it to the restaurant, just in case there have been other reports - but because it's been very quick and dirty (as they say) it sounds more to me as if something just didnt agree with him. Did any other people eat the same as he did?

Being sick in a bin is far more preferable than what my ex did, being sick all over the radio.....
