I wanted to know if anyone can suggest an effective painkiller for cluster or tension headaches or if anyone has any tips on how to treat them naturally.

I am concerned about some of the side effects of some of the medications available so if people could help by telling me if they have experienced any side from effects from medication then that would be helpful.
