What does yours consist of?

I'm doing homemade cod, salmon and tartare fishcakes, creamed cabbage and parsnip purée.

Buen provecho!

OH is just putting a pizza in the oven. He's given up trying to get me to cook today...

Me and my son are not feeling the best.
I love these threads as they inspire me for the week ahead.......and I now fancy pizza!

Highly unusually I have actually planned this weeks meals and there is no room in tHe plan for pizza :-(

Hope you and the lad feel better soon Ummmm.
Pork chops in homemade sage & onion stuffing, roast spuds, greens, finished off with bananas & custard.
Thanks Eccles :-)
Left-over cabbage casserole. In other words, "lazy man's cabbage rolls".
Ham sandwich for lunch and then tomato soup and a ham sandwich for tea, just grabbed something quick after starting some spring cleaning.

I got some ready made pancakes from Morrisons, bit of a cheat but I need to get a new frying pan as it's gone wonky! They were very nice with some golden syrup and chopped banana.
Bread and ali oli, olives, tuna salad, paella, ice cream and a bottle of Rose wine and fizzy lemon. Delish!
gammon, mashed potato, sprouts, carrots at lunch just had a chinese after my walk to the pub!!
We always have Sunday roast, but when OH is on nights (like tonight) it has to be something that doesn't take too long - which is when my talent for using up leftovers comes in. So tonight we have had roast lamb (cooked a couple of weeks ago, covered in gravy and frozen) with mash, carrots and peas. Lovely.
Roast beef, Yorkshire pud, roast potatoes, baby carrots, sprouts and cauliflower.
They all had macaroni cheese with either smoked bacon or hot dog sausages or both.
I had brie with cranberry jelly on Tesco granary baguette. I had a wispa gold when I got back from Tesco and some reduced price sushi.

The moggies have had Felix with beef and carrots in jelly - for the senior cat. They also had some dried food - Iams with chicken.
