So What Pancakes Did You Have Today - Here's Mine ......

Pancake 1 - bacon, cheese, garlic mushrooms and salad.
Pancake 2 - Tuna mayo, sweetcorn and onion.
Pancake 3 - Spicy mince with peppers and mushrooms.
Pancake 4 - Bananas, chocolate spread and strawberry sauce.
Pancake 5 - No. 5 comes tomorrow - need to use the last of the pancake mix up .... but I'm stuffed now .....

My missus makes the best pancakes EVER :)

Gizmonster - I have five children plus himself and me. I only make pancakes on Shrove Tuesday so they are allowed to fill their boots (and I only make them today because they would want three each every time I made them and it is so boring making that many).

We're having ours on Thursday, and when we do, mine will have lemon juice and a sprinkling of sugar. Mmmmmmmm

I had one, well, half of one actually. Just sugar and a bit of Jif lemon.

I was really looking forward to them, but by the time I'd finished making the kids', I'd kind of gone off them.
