It was in it's Beta stage a while ago, I now believe its public. This provides 1gb of storage....But remember uploads must not be copyrighted!!!!
here - http://www.portland.co.uk/freesubdomainapp.esp Just create a domain name and give it to the people who you want to access your file and use an FTP program to upload it.

MURKY, email me and you can have an invite. I'm down to my last 50.
IF you use gmail like this then it's not a standard download site - it's just an email account that lets you send and store lots of attachments (1GB worth).
You'll need to give everyone the username and password of your gmail account so that they can log in, trawl through the emails and then download the attached mp3, while trusting that they don't choose to change the password and keep the account for their own use.
Still sound like a good idea?

Try signing up to www.globedesk.com. It's completely free and has about 100Mb of storage. And you can have many folders stored on the site aswell.
