Your Morning Ritual

My turn to crib an idea from mrs-O, but what do you actually do every morning?

Mine is (every day)

Wake up (beat alarm clock if ringing on a work day)
move cat from legs
put specs on
get out of bed
look out of the window
Go downstairs to the bathroom, avoiding cats
Have a wee
Go further downstairs, prepare cats' medication, feed cats (to shut them up)
Go back up to bathroom, wash, clean teeth

after that is ad hoc, depending on what day it is.
