Having spent a pleasant couple of hours in the kitchen I have just realised that to forego my spice cupboard, ginger, garlic and chilli my cooking repertoire would be beyond dull.
I would happily sacrifice meat and cheese before I gave up my spices and aromatics.
What would you find the hardest food to sacrifice?
For me, my coffee. My husband loves his bread but has just been told to keep off it by his doctor. He needs to keep his carb intake down. Very difficult!
