How Would They Get My Telephone Number?

I've been getting repeated calls from 02086175910 which I see from Whocalledme is Carphone warehouse. I just have a simple PAYG mobile. How'd they get my number?

Neither. It's a Virgin Media SIM in an oldish Nokia phone.

I had a PAYG mobile for 5 years and switched the number to a Talktalk contract.
THATS when the PPI calls started to the number - never had a single one up to that point.
Somebody hands this data out.
Effing annoying.
