For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It reminded me of a get together at a beer festival I had with a group of SS officers soon after the war , they all agreed I should be the first to be shot in the event of another war. It was all very friendly and democratic. No hard feelings just a statement of fact. I found it quite amusing in a way at the time but then I was on the winning side. It does however show the mind set of people who had been indoctrinated.

A few points; Kiev was the capitol of old Russia before Moscow, Crimea is and always was part of Russia and is an essential base for it's Black sea fleet. The new 'so called' government in Kiev are a bunch of extreme right wing fascists, NATO has provocatively placed weapons on Putin's doorstep and now America, who has no business there at all, want to aid and abet even further expansion eastwards. What would you do if you were in Putin's shoes?
