Does anyone have any good low fat recipes using everyday food?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.One of my healthy, low fat and quick meals is this: cook some pasta, steam a salmon fillet in the mcrowave, heat through small tin sweetcorn - mix together with Kraft no fat french dressing (the one with the blue top), season. A dollop of low fat Hellmans makes it creamier, but adds to fat content and I generally don't bother.
Try this tasty one - a skinless boneless breast of chicken slit underneath to open it up, taking care not to cut through it. Take some sundried tomatoes soaked in white wine (for about 1 hour) with some herbs/spices etc. Stuff the hole made, close over & wrap with a large thin slice of ham, like sandwich ham, from the deli.Secure the stuffed flap underneath with a cocktail stick cover in foil & bake in an oven, approx 200oC, in a little chicken stock for about 30-35 mins, remove foil for last 5 mins. Yum!!
