Am I a joint tenant or a tenant in common?
A previous question here raised issues about the difference between these 2 categories of house ownership. http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Money_and_Finance/Question209044.html
Having used the LR site to check on the wording, am I still none the wiser. My proprietorship register says 'Tile Absolute - Proprietor : [MYNAME] and [SPOUSESNAME] of [ADDRESS]. How does help me identify whether I am recorded as a joint tenant or one in common? Are you out there Golden Shred?

No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the court.
dzug is exactly right, if this text isn't on the document then you are joint tenants
