I agree with the previous posts ,why do we need to know what "celebbrities" are doing ,who cares they are just people like us . anyway these days you can be a celebrity for the loudest fart in a pub as far as i can see ,no talent required just a big mouth or a willingness to show your tits or whatever to the highest bidder and don't worry there will be another one along next week.wanabees aqll of them.Iof course don't mean real celebs who can actually do somthing just the pillocks who would do anything to get on tv then go to an opening of an envelope to try to get into the papers.but ask them to demonstrate exactly what they can do and they are **********.

I'm only posting here because I feel that poor old Rachael has been ganged up upon rather unfairly!

I have NO interest in motoring or parenting, but I do not protest or rant about the existence of those subjects, or nastily mock those who enjoy using them!

There are people who enjoy "people and places" but they may not wish this to be swamped with celebrity gossip.

If you think of answerbank as the magazine rack at WHSmith, there IS a glaring gap for Ok, Hello, Heat, Now, etc etc - and there is a BIG market for celebrity gossip.

I think it's VERY nasty of you to mock Rachael for her choices. If you don't like celebrity gossip, then, if that section is created, just don't go into it! It's not rocket science is it!

Rachael - good luck with getting your suggestion approved! :-)

the people and places category is hardly swampped with celebritiy lifesyle questions is it? I would imagine that people who cared about celebrities do go out and buy hello/ok/ now/heat amd all that jazz. If people and places were being swampped it would be a good idea, but it isnt.

In that case, one of the rude people above could just have suggested that rachael use "people and places" without being snide and mocking.

Point taken,I had no intention of mocking anyone I just hate the whole celeb phenomena so saw red without thinking and for that I apologize.
